Our Employment Program offers services, programs, classes and support for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people seeking jobs. The program tackles two major problems - unemployment and underemployment. We work to link job seekers and potential employers.
We offer pre-employment counseling and job preparation classes as well as job placement services. Our program staff works with potential employers.
We are an active participant in the Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency Program (TTW). TTW is a Social Security Administration (SSA) program designed to increase opportunities and choices for Social Security disability beneficiaries to obtain employment, vocational rehabilitation, and other support services from public and private providers, employers, and other organizations, according to the program's guidelines.
